SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing IVMFenLab.com. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and discreetly. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. DISCREET PACKAGING (OUR PROMISE)

We understand the importance of privacy for our customers.

  • All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging.

  • There is no mention of "Ivermectin," "Fenbendazole," or "Pharmacy" on the outside of the package.

  • The return address will list a neutral name (e.g., "IVM Lab Services") to ensure your privacy is protected.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

3. SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 5–10 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 3–5 business days.

  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days (depending on destination).

Note: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

IVMFenLab.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. DELIVERY ISSUES & SEIZURES

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Customs Seizures: While we have a high success rate for international deliveries, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product is legal in their jurisdiction. If an item is seized by customs, we cannot offer a full refund, but we may offer a one-time discounted reshipment on a case-by-case basis.

7. DAMAGES

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@ivmfenlab.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage.
