RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At IVMFenLab.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of the items we sell (health-related research and laboratory supplies), we must maintain strict return guidelines to ensure the safety and integrity of our inventory.

Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your tracking number shows "Delivered." If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within this timeframe, please contact us to discuss a resolution.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To protect all our customers, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Unopened & Sealed: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all safety seals intact.

  • Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or order number.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any product that has been opened or has a broken safety seal.

  • Perishable goods or items requiring specific temperature controls.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

  1. Please inspect your order upon reception.

  2. Contact us at support@ivmfenlab.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging.

  4. We will ship a replacement immediately via expedited shipping.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Timing: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (not involving damage or errors on our part), the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Recommendation: If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been processed or shipped (typically within 12–24 hours of purchase). Once an order is in the "Shipped" status, it must follow the standard return process.
